Is there any substitute for hard work?

After all my studies in business I can still conclude that even if there is a market for your product there is still no substitute for sheer hard graft. Ok, so your business concept must be needed and valued by your chosen market but that is not enough these days for success. If you check out all the successful businesses owners, at one time in their life they will have worked their socks of. I still work at least 50 hours a week and frequently put in 80 hours a week. I thought I worked hard until I met the owner of a garden centre near Heathrow this week. Respect to you Paresh.
